HR Specialist*

HR Specialist* Permanent position Organisation and Informatik As an HR team, we support around 500 employees in all personnel matters and are looking for a motivated and committed HR Specialist* with a focus on time recording and controlling starting from 1. December 2026. You will maintain an overview of our time recording system, ensure that all data flows correctly and efficiently into the payroll run - and contribute to exciting HR topics. The 50% workload corresponds to 2.5 working days per week. The working days can be chosen and split flexibly between Monday and Thursday. Tasks You are the central contact person for the time recording system E3, from data quality to absence management to monthly and annual closings. You coordinate adjustments and create reports as well as analyses in E3, SAP HCM and Excel. You are the interface to our external partner, perform release tests and participate in experience groups. You are responsible for the controlling of insurance daily allowances, permits and medical certificates. You ensure the correct processing and payment of expenses.
