• 08 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • La Chaux-de-Fonds • Log in to see the salary estimate from jobup.ch Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Acheteur (H/F) • Recognized training in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement, such as CAS, federal diploma, HEG / HES or deemed equivalent • Experience in industrial purchasing, ideally in a technical industrial environment • Solid theoretical background in purchasing and mastery of professional tools: sourcing, calls for tender, supplier analysis, negotiation, contracting, TCO, KPI and ERP / SAP • Ability to structure purchasing processes and to apply methods acquired through training, beyond just field experience • Rigor, analytical spirit, autonomy, sense of costs and deadlines, as well as a good ability to prioritize • Languages: French, German or English The advantages: • An attractive and varied position within a human-sized and future-oriented industrial company • An environment that values team spirit, individual responsibility, and employee development As part of the strengthening of the purchasing team, you will work on purchasing in an industrial setting. In connection with internal teams, you will participate in the deployment of purchasing methods and tools, the monitoring of suppliers, and the optimization of costs, deadlines, and performance, while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Main responsibilities: • Participate in the definition and deployment of the purchasing strategy according to company objectives • Ensure the management of the supplier panel: sourcing, qualification, approval, performance evaluation, and dispute monitoring • Optimize purchasing conditions, negotiate prices, deadlines, and contracts, and contribute to securing supplies • Manage calls for tender, perform comparative analyses, and monitor purchasing indicators in order to improve supplier performance • Perform permanent market monitoring in order to anticipate product developments, supply, and demand • Provide operational support to replenishers and project teams thanks to your expertise in purchasing methods and tools
