Clerk, Business Administrator

Introduction

Köchli Haustechnik AG is an owner-managed company in the field of building technology with around 18 employees. To strengthen our existing team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Clerk / Business Administrator who will work with us to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize internal processes.

Tasks

• Processing customer inquiries, creating order reports by telephone/electronically
• Processing inquiries and orders on internet platforms
• Administrative support and relief for the Managing Director and the team
• Maintenance and management of customer data
• Coordination and scheduling with internal and external partners
• Creation and processing of invoices
• Quotation processing, obtaining third-party quotations
• General office work
• Receiving customers
• Accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable, invoice controls
• If suitable/further training: payroll accounting, HR tasks, annual financial statements, VAT settlement

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training (e.g., Kauffrau EFZ/Handelsschule)
• Experience in administration, ideally in the field of building technology
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Willingness to learn new IT programs such as Albau and Abacus
• Organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Friendly/groomed appearance and enjoyment of customer contact
• Basic knowledge of French and English is an advantage
