• You lead a team of private client advisors professionally and personally and support the further development of your employees
• You agree on sales targets, accompany their implementation, and promote a performance- and customer-oriented team culture
• You manage your own client portfolio and advise customers holistically in the areas of financing, investing, retirement planning, and basic services
• You identify customer potentials, strengthen existing customer relationships, and promote cross-departmental cooperation within the bank
• You represent our Raiffeisenbank in the region, actively maintain your network, and participate in customer events

What do you bring with you? ##

• Completed banking training as well as further training in the field of banking or business administration
• Several years of experience in private client advisory with sound specialist knowledge in the areas of financing, investing, retirement planning, and basic advisory
• Leadership experience, ideally in a sales or advisory organization
• Joy in promoting and supporting employees and achieving success together
• Strong customer and sales orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, as well as high digital affinity and openness towards digital developments and innovations
