Your task: * Leading of external audits such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, customer audits and other certifications * Implementation of company goals in the area of QHSE and formulation of suggestions for improvements * Maintenance, updating and continuous further development of the QHSE management system on the basis of existing optimized and new processes as well as verification of the effectiveness of the management system through internal audits * Conception and implementation of quality measurement methods and key figure systems (automated and/or manual) as well as creation and maintenance of a meaningful QHSE cockpit including monthly reporting to the attention of the management * Training and advising of managers as well as employees in all matters regarding QHSE topics at the workplace * Determination, assessment and ongoing updating of binding obligations from laws, standards as well as other internal and external requirements * Clarification, elaboration and ensuring of the requirements in the area of sustainability as well as support in their implementation in the company Your profile: * Technical basic training or university degree in an industrial or chemical environment * Further education in quality management as well as in lean management desirable * Experience in the areas of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 * Experience in quality testing as well as in the field of electronics * Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements * Quality-oriented personality with entrepreneurial thinking and acting * Flair for communication with the various contact groups internally as well as externally * Very good oral and written German skills as well as good English skills An interesting position awaits you in an innovative, versatile and lively company.
