Your main tasks include:

• Preparation of food: Independent cooking of dishes according to recipe and specification
• Mise en Place work: Ensuring a smooth process in service
• Station responsibility: Organization of work processes at the station
• Goods management: Assistance with orders, professional storage and control of deliveries
• Compliance with HACCP guidelines
• Teamwork: Respectful cooperation with kitchen and service
