SCHOOL SOCIAL WORKER ##

The position is to be filled starting February 2027 at 46%.

The activity is planned in several municipalities around Kleindietwil. An own car is therefore mandatory!

Your new activity? ###

You will take over the organization and design of the implementation of school social work at one or more schools and offer regular, recurring consultation hours. You will work closely with teachers and school management and network profitably both internally and with external specialist agencies. In addition to your colleagues, you will be supported by a department head.

• Counseling and support for students, teachers, and legal guardians
• Implementation of fixed prevention offers and classroom interventions (implementation of the SSA concept)
• Input events for legal guardians and teachers
• Cooperation with teachers and school management
• Promotion of social and personal competencies
• Regular collegial exchange in the team

Your profile? ###

You have training in Social Work (FH/HF) and further training in school social work, counseling, or coaching (CAS) or are motivated to complete them. Ideally, you already have professional experience in school social work and enjoy working with people, especially with children and young people. You take on responsibility and find successful solutions in case management and have specialist knowledge in prevention, early detection, crisis intervention, and child protection. You are an independent, empathetic, and resilient personality with good organizational skills and high communicative competencies.

• Completed training in Social Work (FH/HF)
• Further training in school social work, counseling, or coaching is an advantage
• Professional experience in school social work
• Specialist knowledge in prevention, early detection, crisis intervention, and child protection
• Independent, resource- and solution-oriented thinking and acting
• Own car mandatorily necessary!
• Readiness for annual working hours (increased workload during school time)
