Caretaker with focus on technology (100%, m/f)

Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a caretaker (m/f) with a focus on technology.

Your tasks:

approx. 80%:

• Inspection and maintenance of building technology
• Coordination of external tradespeople
• Maintenance and repairs of the apartments
• Participation in apartment handovers with the administration
• Ensuring and maintaining orderly and clean properties (no staircase cleaning)
• On-call service on 26 weekends per year and on public holidays

approx. 20%, in cooperation with the caretaker for garden maintenance:

• Care of green areas (surroundings, lawn, hedges, plant beds, etc.). The winter and summer pruning is carried out by a gardener.
• Winter service
• Garage cleaning

Your profile:

• Basic manual vocational training
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• You have further training as a certified caretaker or are willing to complete caretaker school
• Age 30 - 50 years
• You speak fluent German
• Flexible, expeditious way of working, organizational strength, high level of independence, manual dexterity
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Residing in the immediate vicinity of Küsnacht ZH / Bezirk Meilen / Uster / Hinwil or willingness to move into a BGZ cooperative apartment
