January 2027 or by agreement Exciting tasks await: <br /> • Creating draft judgments • Participating in hearings and advisory meetings • Recording hearings, in particular in proceedings regarding custodial measures on site at the psychiatric clinic in Königsfelden (Windisch) • Final editing of judgments <br /> What you bring: <br /> • Completed law degree (licentiate or master) • Secure written expression • Interest in questions from the medical-psychiatric area • Commitment for at least 6 months • Court, administrative or law practice desirable <br /> Areas of deployment 1. Chamber: Custodial measures, road traffic law (administrative measures) and possibly criminal and penal enforcement. Insight into other areas of law (including labor law). Possibly additional deployment possibility in the 3rd Chamber (in particular social welfare law or enforcement). We ask you to indicate your availability in the application.
