Your tasks ##

In this role, you ensure a personal, reliable, and well-groomed reception of our guests, which also includes:

• Greeting and bidding farewell to guests in front of the hotel warmly, attentively, and professionally
• Accompanying luggage during arrival and departure carefully, reliably, and with a high understanding of service
• Parking guest vehicles safely and responsibly
• Regularly checking the entrance and lobby area for cleanliness, safety, and order
• Carrying out errands in the surrounding area efficiently and proactively
• Conducting guest transfers in the immediate vicinity in a friendly, safe, and service-oriented manner

Your profile ##

You have a service-oriented education or practical experience in the hotel industry and bring experience in a similar position. Additionally, you bring:

• Professional experience in a comparable function forms a good basis for this task
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for your profile
• A confident appearance in direct guest contact as well as a good understanding of processes in luxury hotels characterize you
• Flexibility, reliability, and the willingness to work weekend shifts suit your way of working
• You bring a charming, warm, and cheerful personality as well as enjoyment in dealing with international clientele
• Good German and English skills are mandatorily required for this function
