Your mission: No project is like the other. Our customers want individual solutions that go beyond the standard range. This is exactly where you come into play. You develop, calculate, and construct customer-specific special solutions and accompany them from the idea to the production release. As a technical hub, you work closely with sales, purchasing, production, and external partners. Your goal: economical, well-thought-out, and producible solutions that inspire our customers. AVOR Joinery Special Solutions Office Furniture 100% (m/f/d) These are your tasks: • Development, construction, and calculation of customer-specific custom-made products in the field of office furniture • Technical elaboration of special solutions for tables, storage systems, and individual customer requirements • Creation of 3D constructions (Creo), manufacturing drawings, and production documents • Maintenance of bills of materials, master data, and technical information in the ERP system • Technical advice and support for sales, project management, and production • Clarification of technical requirements with suppliers and partners • Selection of suitable materials, fittings, metal parts, and fastening solutions • Ensuring economical, timely, and producible implementation • Active co-design and optimization of our products, processes, and technical standards What you bring with you: • Basic technical training (e.g., joiner, designer, technical draftsman, wood technician, or comparable) • Experience in construction, AVOR, or technical project processing • Ideally industry knowledge in furniture, interior fittings, kitchen, retail, or metal construction • Good CAD knowledge in 3D (e.g., Creo or comparable) • Experience with ERP systems, ideally D365 • Enjoyment of individual solutions and technical challenges • Structured, independent way of working and networked thinking • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team • Good German and English skills What we offer you: • Exciting and varied projects instead of mass production • Much creative freedom and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas • Modern infrastructure and an attractive working environment • Flexible working time models with annual working hours • Attractive social benefits • Collegial environment with short decision-making paths • National and international development opportunities within the Haworth Group • Free parking spaces as well as good public transport connections at our production site in Menziken AG Interested?
