La Fondation Domus, a Valais institution for psychosocial rehabilitation, accompanies adults facing significant mental health disorders.

Nearly 150 female and male collaborators work there with conviction and professionalism.

We are looking for our Ardon home for a:

Socio-educational Assistant at 75%

from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement

We propose to you

• ensure the accompaniment of beneficiaries within the Foyer d'Ardon in their daily life activities in a psychosocial rehabilitation perspective based on self-determination ;
• accompany residents in their individual projects and objectives ;
• collaborate interprofessionally with social workers, nurses, ASSC, day centers and workshops.

Your profile

• you have a CFC as a socio-educational assistant or a title deemed equivalent ;
• you have confirmed work experience in the field of psychiatry or social work ;
• endowed with a very good sense of organization, you like working in a team and being able to assume responsibilities ;
• you master common IT tools (MS Office) ;
• holder of a driver's license, you have a private vehicle.
