To complement our team at the Bauverwaltung, we are looking for a technically and legally savvy personality, starting by agreement, as Head of Civil Engineering and Deputy Head of Construction Administration 100 % The Bauverwaltung Suhr is responsible for the permit system, environmental protection, the organization of structural and civil engineering works, public properties, the building office, the swimming pool, and the facility services. The municipality is the owner of numerous facilities and installations. You will be active in the following areas of responsibility with us: • You will lead the civil engineering specialist department independently, with the support of one employee • You will accompany our new construction and renovation projects as client representative • You will carry out tender processes professionally and draft the necessary municipal council resolutions • You are the technically competent contact person for residents, authorities, and business partners You will take over the deputy role for the Head of Bauverwaltung.
