• Freely receive guests, course participants and athletes at the reception as well as carry out check-ins and check-outs
• Process customer inquiries via telephone, e-mail or on-site in German, French and English as well as manage the telephone switchboard
• Take on varied administrative and organizational tasks in daily business and actively support the team
• Book sports halls, theory rooms, rooms and catering, create offers and confirmations as well as co-organize meetings, courses and events
• Work together with different internal and external contact persons

• Completion of Wirtschaftsmittelschule with good academic performance
• Interest in commercial activities as well as a great interest in a sporting environment
• Knowledge in touch typing, good manners and a well-groomed appearance

• Very good oral and written knowledge of an official language

For sport and movement in Switzerland

The Bundesamt für Sport (BASPO) promotes sport and its values -- for all age and performance groups. BASPO unites sport policy, sport promotion and training: This includes the largest Swiss sport promotion program Jugend+Sport and training, course, and training centers in Magglingen and Tenero. The Eidgenössische Hochschule für Sport Magglingen EHSM is the only Swiss university dealing with training, development, research and service in the field of sport.

Additional information

In the second half of the year, you will be scheduled for six weekend shifts (6--7 hours per working day on the weekend).
