In addition to more than 70 of our own apartments, we manage over 500 residential and commercial properties from cooperatives, foundations, public and private owners in the Aargau area. We understand how to handle real estate, but we also take care of everything else.

Basic training or further education in the commercial sector
Construction knowledge
Several years of professional experience in this function
Interest in non-profit housing construction
Authentic and professional appearance
Precise and well-structured way of working
Good interpersonal skills and social competence
Good oral communication skills and stylish German in writing
Confident handling of MS Office applications
