Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH as Vocational Training Manager 80-100%

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the implementation of the Tertianum basic education training concept for the training of apprentices Assistentin Gesundheit und Soziales (AGS), Fachperson Gesundheit (FaGe) and HF students in the company
• Ensuring high-quality training under technical, legal, economic and quality-relevant aspects
• Technical support, advice and guidance of the vocational trainers in pedagogical, organizational and administrative matters
• Planning the requirement for vocational trainers together with supervisors
• Participation in the recruitment and introduction of new vocational trainers
• Main contact person for apprentices and HF students during the entire course of training/studies
• Responsibility for the planning and organization of the induction phase for new apprentices and HF students
• Responsibility for the attendance and absence management of the apprentices and HF students
• Ensuring the conduct of all legally and operationally prescribed interviews (probationary period, structured interviews, progress reviews, educational reports, learning journals)
• Planning and conducting the proofs of competence according to the educational ordinance
• Organization and implementation of the individual practical work (IPA), if required
• Coordination of training between the company, vocational school, inter-company courses, University of Applied Sciences/Higher Professional School
• Planning of training assignments as well as the learning locations in the PeP

Your profile

• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent recognized qualification
• Completed SVEB 2 further training or willingness to complete it
• Professional experience in long-term care desirable
• Confident communication in the German language, both written and spoken
