To strengthen our team in the Beauty sector, we are looking for, starting from 01.01.2027, for an indefinite duration, at the Genève site, a motivated and committed person as Floor Manager, 100%. ##

Your responsibilities

• You implement the operational sales activities within your area of responsibility.
• You actively develop omnichannel activity on the sales floor, notably via Instore Ordering.
• You acquire new male and female customers and actively contribute to the development of the loyalty program.
• You develop and maintain quality relationships with partner brands in order to strengthen commercial collaboration.
• You design, organize and coordinate commercial activities as well as pop-ups, in collaboration with the brands and internal teams while respecting a demanding commercial calendar.
• You conduct negotiations with partner brands in order to obtain the best conditions and to support commercial objectives.
• You demonstrate a keen sense of priorities and know how to manage several issues simultaneously and effectively.
• You ensure the management and coordination of Manor teams as well as the teams of partner brands present on the sales floor.-
• You monitor the performance of turnover and margin, analyze results and implement the necessary measures and initiatives.
• You guarantee a customer-oriented organization and an optimal shopping experience.
• You ensure the availability of goods and ensure efficient stock management.
• You ensure compliance with legal obligations, regulations as well as internal company directives.
• You coach and accompany employees on the sales floor in order to develop their skills and performance.
• You plan and organize your team's resources according to commercial and operational needs.
• You conduct recruitment, development and departure interviews, and ensure regular follow-up of your employees through annual interviews and performance exchanges.

Your profile

• You have a CFC in retail or an equivalent training.
• You hold a federal diploma of specialist in retail, an asset.
• You justify solid experience in retail and know the challenges of the sector.
• You possess confirmed experience in team management and animation.
• You have good knowledge in retail operational management.
• You master English. German is an asset.
• You master the tools of the Microsoft Office suite and digital environments.
• You demonstrate openness to new technologies and you adapt quickly to new digital systems and tools.
