Your tasks

• Technical, organizational, and economic responsibility for your area
• Role model function and leadership of the "Service" team
• Responsible for the utilization of the gastronomy and the multi-purpose room with events, banquets, etc.
• Creation, implementation, and compliance with the budget in the service area
• Maintenance of internal and external customer and partner contacts
• Further development of the quality of services and the specialist department
• Responsible for compliance with hygiene and safety standards as well as applicable legal regulations

Your profile

• Completed training in the hotel industry (e.g., hotel management school degree, housekeeping operations management FA, operations management HF)
• Several years of leadership experience in the "Service" area is an advantage
• Enjoyment of working with seniors
• solution-oriented, independent, customer- and service-oriented
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
