Trainer for Driving Personnel (w/m/d)

These tasks will inspire you

• Planning, organization, and implementation of SIVO trainings according to ASA specifications
• Conveying safety regulations, legal basics, as well as safe and proactive driving behavior
• Observation, assessment, and feedback on driving behavior
• Analysis of driving behavior, load securing, customer interaction, and other relevant topics
• Analysis of damage cases and risks as well as derivation of corresponding training measures
• Documentation of coachings and trainings as well as follow-up of driver development
• Cooperation with operations management, dispatch, and other internal departments
• Evaluation of Samsara videos and creation of monthly reports for the driving personnel
• Implementation of walkie-stacker courses and Samsara training
• Introductory courses in the field of E-Mobility
• Optional: Participation in career fairs and conducting school visits

We look forward to this profile

• Solid professional experience in road transport, Cat. CE (at least 10 years of practice)
• Exemplary, safe, and proactive behavior
• High social competence and joy in dealing with people
• Respectful interaction, even in demanding situations
• Willingness to learn and openness to new regulations, technology, and internal standards
• Good PC skills (Microsoft 365) for emails, simple evaluations, and documentation
• Independent way of working, good planning, and clean maintenance of documents
• Didactic qualification: e.g., SVEB1 or ECO-Drive instructor (advantageous)
