In winter, the Crans-Montana ski area offers 140 kilometers of slopes with exceptional diversity for all levels. Our slope network being south-facing, our skiers benefit from privileged sunshine throughout the season in a grandiose setting. In order to complete its teams, the company Remontées Mécaniques de Crans-Montana Aminona (CMA SA), is looking for; ### Head of the slopes and safety department (M/F) at 100%, CDI MISSIONS: * Ensure and coordinate the implementation of the operational and safety aspects of the slopes department, i.e., the safety service in winter as well as the MTB slopes, karting and other summer activities that use the ski area in summer. * Apply the company strategy. * Participate in and organize rescue actions on the ski lifts (on the cable or on the ground). * Control the directives and instructions applicable to the department. * Organize the monitoring of budgets and take the necessary measures to ensure they are respected. * Ensure the management of employees with the sector heads. * Control the proper operating condition of the department's equipment. * Process or subcontract investment projects for earthworks and improvement of the department. * Validate orders and the choice of suppliers for the department's purchases. YOUR PROFILE: * Having confirmed experience in the field of ski lifts. * Federal certificate of specialist in slope service and rescue is a plus or training deemed equivalent recognized by the RMS. * Keen sense of organization, very good analytical skills and liking to take successful experience in team management and demonstrate leadership on a daily basis. * Ability to work in a team indispensable Flexible, conscientious and committed. * Able to work in an environment resistant to stress and difficult weather conditions. * Good level in skiing/snowboarding and being able to perform work at height. * Driver's license and a personal vehicle are indispensable.
