Polymechaniker/in - CNC manufacturing with 5-axis machines

Activities

• Independently set up 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Operate CNC milling systems safely
• Accurately manufacture individual parts and small series
• Perform measurement inspections on Wenzel 3D measuring machines
• Initiate optimizations in the manufacturing process

Requirements

• Apprenticeship as Polymechanikerin or Polymechaniker, Werkzeugmacherin or Werkzeugmacher or equivalent
• Profound knowledge in metal cutting processes
• Professional experience in CNC production
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Readiness for 2- to 3-shift operation
