Tertianum Chantevent in Fresens is looking for: CRS Health Care Assistant at 80-100% Located in a green setting in Fresens, Tertianum Chantevent offers a peaceful living environment with a breathtaking view of Lake Neuchâtel. Specialized in welcoming elderly people for long-term stays, the establishment has 35 medicalized beds. Your missions: • Provide care under delegation from qualified nursing staff; • Participate in the maintenance of the residents' immediate environment (personal effects, furniture, etc.); • Contribute to the distribution of meals and snacks; • Observe and transmit any variation in the residents' condition to the responsible staff, and record this information in the care file. Your profile: • Mandatory Croix-Rouge nursing assistant certificate; • Proven experience in geriatrics or psychogeriatrics; • Mastery of spoken and written French; • Sense of listening, patience, team spirit, and availability.
