Your Tasks

• Independent execution of inspection, maintenance, and minor repair work within your area of responsibility
• Commissioning external specialist companies for repairs and monitoring the professional execution
• Regular inspection rounds to monitor the condition of the property
• Participation in the care and maintenance of outdoor and indoor facilities

Your Profile ###

• Basic vocational training in a manual trade, ideally supplemented by further training as a caretaker with a federal certificate of proficiency
• Flexible and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of teamwork and active participation in shaping common goals
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Category B driver's license and confident handling of the PC
