Your tasks:

• You lead and realize technical projects on production facilities, machines, and building infrastructure -- in particular modernization and retrofit projects.
• You plan and monitor project deadlines, budgets, resources, and quality goals.
• You create and maintain maintenance and repair plans and coordinate the work with production as well as external service providers.
• You accompany technical procurements and investments, obtain offers, and compare them.
• You supervise and manage external suppliers and craftsmen together with the workshop team.
• You identify optimization potential and implement measures to improve plant safety, availability, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
• You inform the operations management regularly about project progress and implemented measures.

Your profile:

• You have a basic technical education, as well as further training as a Techniker/in HF, Ingenieur/in FH, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of experience in an industrial environment as well as in the management of technical projects.
• You are familiar with maintenance, plant engineering, or production technology.
• Experience with building and infrastructure projects as well as knowledge in energy efficiency and sustainability are an advantage.
• Further training in project management is desirable.
• You have good MS Office skills and convince through organizational talent, a structured way of working, initiative, and assertiveness.
