Controller Research Management What you will do here Independently accompany research projects administratively from financial implementation to project completion Create and be responsible for financial reports and reportings for funding organizations, department controlling, and internal stakeholders Competently advise researchers, project managers, and institute management on financial, administrative, and funding law issues Continuously develop and optimize processes, templates, and instruments in research controlling and research administration Provide technical guidance to new employees in research administration; work as a contact person with funding organizations What you ideally bring EFZ Kauffrau / , further education with a focus on finance, controlling, or project controlling desired Several years of professional experience in project or financial controlling, ideally in a university, research, or publicly funded environment Sound knowledge of SAP as well as very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, knowledge of the funding landscape (SNF, Innosuisse, EU) is an advantage Analytical, structured, and independent way of working as well as enjoyment in processing complex issues independently Strong communication, service-oriented personality with very good German skills as well as good knowledge of French and English.
