MSP baker, 70% Establishment employing approximately 450 employees to ensure the specialized schooling of 27 children and adolescents as well as the socio-educational and socio-professional support of 127 adults presenting an intellectual deficiency, is looking for MSP baker at 70% Your mission within the bakery workshop: Accompany persons in situations of disability in the workshop Develop the professional project of the person by supporting their autonomy Encourage the self-determination of the worker, respecting their aspirations and needs Co-manage the workshop and assume the socio-professional follow-up of the beneficiaries Participate in the production of bakery products We wish for: A CFC in the food sector, ideally bakery, pastry and/or confectionery Several years of practice in a production unit As far as possible a training as MSP ES or deemed equivalent Confirmed experience with persons with a neurodevelopmental disorder of the type intellectual deficiency, autism, attention deficit disorder A capacity to work in a team, possessing good autonomy, a good spirit of initiative, a high sense of responsibility Good organizational skills, a capacity to question oneself A positive solution-oriented attitude, reassuring and dynamic, punctuality, creativity Workshop hours 8h00 - 12h00 / 13h00 – 17h15 from Monday to Friday During the baker's holidays (5 to 6 weeks/year), alternatively ensure the night shifts from 22h00 – 07h00 Good knowledge of usual IT tools A good mastery of written and oral French A driving license A clean criminal record We offer: A varied activity within a small unit recognized within the institution The conditions of the collective labor agreement in the Vaudois semi-public social sector The social benefits of a large establishment: free parking, cafeteria and organic shop.
