SUISA is the cooperative of music authors and publishers. More than 44'000 composers, lyricists and music publishers have organized themselves in this company created in 1923. SUISA ensures that music can be used in public and that the rights holders are correctly remunerated for these uses. Having sister societies throughout the world, it collects the rights of more than two million authors and publishers. Approximately 200 employees work at SUISA between Zurich, Lausanne and Lugano.

The Film division is located in Lausanne and handles the entire Swiss market in the audiovisual field, such as films in cinemas and on television, series, advertisements, etc.
For our team we are looking for a person oriented towards teamwork for a date to be agreed upon.

Your main tasks ##

• Process requests from a professional clientele for the use of music in the audiovisual field
• Perform the follow-up and control of client files
• Respond to requests (telephone, email) from clients in the film production field from Switzerland
• Ensure telephone availability with the other employees of the group

Your profile ##

• CFC commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training (Business school, etc.)
• Bilingual French-German (Swiss-German) spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English and/or Italian would be an asset
• Comfortable with numbers, correspondence and customer service
• Good mastery of IT tools
• You enjoy working in a team while being autonomous and have a taste for precise and varied work
• You are someone organized, committed and reliable with good resistance to stress
• Strong affinities with music
