Stiftung Lerchenbühl accompanies and promotes children, adolescents, and young adults with special needs in their start into the future with a comprehensive coaching, educational, and residential offer. The goal is as self-determined and sustainable a lifestyle and professional life as possible. The focus of our work is on school, vocational, and social inclusion. We are a socio-economic, politically and confessionally neutral foundation based in Burgdorf. Our residents are aged 14 - 25 and are partially cared for 365 days a year. For the Wohngruppe Futura for young adults, we are looking for a humorous & creative ### Assistant Social Pedagogy 60 - 80% ## A smile opens doors, and so does your application. ### Your tasks You are a reference person for the young adults, ensure good networking within the system, are responsible for a pleasant living atmosphere in the groups, and are engaged in self-organized teamwork. Your ultimate goal is to support the young adults in coping with their everyday life and in their development process towards as self-determined a living and life form as possible. In doing so, you are helped by exchange within the team, regular supervision and intervision, case discussions, and specialist lectures. You actively and with joy contribute to experience-oriented projects and take on responsibility in the planning and implementation of leisure activities. What you bring ### Are you a person who convinces with a positive basic attitude and solution-oriented way of working? Do you like to take on responsibility, are you humorous, and do you communicate clearly and transparently? Do you keep a cool head in hectic moments and can perceive and judge situations in a differentiated manner? Do you appreciate the advantages of evening, night, and weekend work and are ready to perform these together with the team? Do you have a social pedagogical education and/or professional experience in a comparable field of work (e.g., psychiatry, care, etc.)? Then we would be pleased to get to know you.
