Job description ##

Depending on your skills and wishes, you will work actively in a department and demonstrate your butchery skills there. Possible departments are portioning, SB production or the butchery/disassembly area. In all departments, you ensure compliance with high quality standards, hygiene regulations, as well as cutting specifications and traceability. You fulfill further tasks within the scope of your butchery competencies on behalf of the management responsible.

We expect ##

• Completed training as a butcher, meat specialist, cook or similar
• Openness to shift work (2-shift operation, depending on department)
• You are also motivated to quickly familiarize yourself with a new area of responsibility and to get to know the environment in a large company
• German or French language skills are mandatory
