YOUR TASKS ##

• Independent processing and control of outpatient service billing according to TARMED, TARDOC, and outpatient flat rates
• Examination, processing, and correction of rejections, complaints, and invoices
• Carrying out tariff and insurance-related clarifications with insurers, doctors, and internal specialist departments
• Support in the optimization of billing processes and the assurance of revenue quality

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Completed commercial training, ideally in the healthcare sector or with a health or accident insurer
• Experience in outpatient service billing (TARMED, TARDOC, outpatient flat rates) and in rejection management
• Good knowledge of social insurance (KVG, UVG, VVG) is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working with high quality awareness and analytical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a pronounced service orientation
• Confident handling of MS Office, ideally experience with hospital information and billing systems
