Your tasks

In this versatile function, you will support our mandate leaders in all organizational and administrative matters. In doing so, you will receive a comprehensive insight into our consulting activities and will gradually take on more responsibility.

Your tasks include particularly:

• Processing and coordination of email inquiries
• Creation of offers, agreements and documentation
• Organization and coordination of seminars as well as active participation on site
• Preparation and accompaniment of client appointments
• Support in the processing of ongoing mandates
• Assumption of further versatile administrative and organizational tasks

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training and some years of professional experience
• Very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
• Stylish oral and written expression in German
• Joy in organizational tasks and independent working
• Flexibility, resilience and the ability to keep an overview even in lively situations
• Friendly, confident and professional appearance
