Informatik Schaffhausen (ITSH), together with around 80 employees, shapes the digital future of the Canton of Schaffhausen. As a central IT partner for the Canton, City, and Municipalities, we develop and operate innovative digital services, provide comprehensive advice to our customers, and ensure a secure, modern, and reliable IT operation.

To ensure that the employees of the Canton, City, and Municipalities can always rely on reliable, secure, and modern ICT services, we are continuously developing our M365, user, and security services. In this key role, you are responsible for the stable and secure operation of these central administration services. You will shape their further development, set technical and security-relevant standards, and at the same time lead a committed team.

What awaits you ##

• Functional and personnel leadership of an ICT team for User & Security Services (SOC, M365, AD, Entra ID, IAM, Cloud, Office Printing, Microsoft Exchange, and databases)
• Continuous development of methods, tools, and competencies within the team
• Responsibility as Business Service Owner for our M365 environment as well as central contact person for internal and external stakeholders
• Planning, management, and implementation of cross-departmental ICT projects including active participation
• Co-design and implementation of strategic ICT projects
• Conception, organization, and introduction of new systems to ensure future-proof and high-performance ICT solutions for the administration

What you bring with you ##

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of leadership experience as well as demonstrable project management experience in a comparable ICT environment
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Cloud and On-Prem architectures as well as ICT services, ideally supplemented by experience with ICT security concepts
• Strong hands-on mentality and the ability to act both strategically and operationally
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills for the efficient solution of complex challenges
• Open-minded, innovative, and assertive personality, with high customer and service orientation
