• 03 July 2026 • 100% • Indeterminate duration • French (Intermediate) • 2000 Neuchâtel Our client, a Neuchâtel-based SME exporting its products worldwide, has mandated us to preselect their future Production Manager (M/F) Your main tasks: • In charge of production (including mechanics, assembly, locksmithing, methods, maintenance, and workshop load planning) • Implementation, review, and monitoring of production indicators • Collaboration with the Technical Office, Quality, and Project Manager departments • Definition of continuous improvement processes • Cost management and optimization • Implementation of safety rules and environmental standards • Participation in management meetings Your profile: • Higher technical education in mechanics, microtechnology, or equivalent training/experience • Significant experience in a similar function • Experience in team management and project management • Sense of organization and analytical spirit • Very good interpersonal skills • Mastery of French and English (understanding of German is an asset) Interested?
