Apply Initial situation ### Our business partner, an internationally active freight forwarding company, is looking for support in dispatching. You plan national and international truck transports and ensure that deadlines, routes, and processes are neatly coordinated with one another. A task for people who like to organize and also keep an overview when things get a bit "livelier" in day-to-day business. Vacancy No. 6621 ## Tasks ### • dispatching and controlling international truck transports in import and export (Europe) • planning of routes, transit times, and capacities • organizing of part and full loads as well as charter transports if required • coordination with drivers, transport companies, customers, and international partners • monitoring ongoing transports and proactive intervention in case of deviations • negotiating prices and conditions with carriers • processing short-term inquiries, special cases, and time-critical transports • maintaining and updating transport-relevant data in the transport management system Requirements ### • Training as a freight forwarding agent or comparable • mandatory professional experience in the processing of international truck transports in a Swiss forwarding company • customer-oriented thinking and action • proactive and solution-oriented personality IT ### MS-Office - good knowledge Languages ### German: native language English: good knowledge Start date ### by arrangement Work location ### St. Margrethen Special features ### Our client ensures thorough induction so that you do not have to jump into the deep end.
