By joining deRham, you actively contribute to the proper functioning, security, and evolution of our IT environment, while guaranteeing close support and a high-quality user experience.

Your mission

• Within our Information Systems department, you are the reference point of contact for user support (levels 1 and 2): you diagnose problems, follow requests in compliance with internal SLAs, and document solutions to sustainably improve service quality.
• As a guarantor of access, you manage identities throughout the lifecycle of employees, accounts, and rights, up to licenses, in compliance with security best practices.
• You ensure the preparation and configuration of workstations as well as the monitoring of the IT fleet, from hardware to smartphones, in connection with our suppliers.
• You participate in the administration of servers, the network, Microsoft 365, and telephony, as well as security, backups, and the deployment of updates.
• You collaborate closely with the various departments and our external service providers, and guarantee the quality of internal technical documentation as well as guides intended for users.

Beyond your background, you distinguish yourself by-

• - your CFC as an IT specialist, completed by at least one year of experience in a similar position;
• - your interpersonal skills and your reassuring personality, which make you credible and trustworthy in the eyes of your interlocutors;
• - your mastery of technical language in both French and English, and your familiarity with Windows Server, Windows 11, virtualization, and Microsoft 365 environments;
• - your rigor, your ability to make proposals, and your taste for teamwork;
• - your ability to take initiatives and to maintain an open, professional dialogue characterized by trust.
