You will focus mainly on the following areas, primarily in German: Advisory and mandate work ### • You advise companies as well as individuals in the fields of economic law and IT law. Your focus is on data protection, licensing, contracts and copyright. • You draft and review contracts in various legal areas, notably in software law, service contracts and sales. • You perform legal reviews and participate in the drafting of expert opinions. Representation and negotiation ### • You represent our clients before authorities and during extrajudicial negotiations. • You develop legal strategies and negotiation tactics for courts and negotiations. Management ### • You lead our IT Law team and are responsible for its development and continuous improvement. Your profile ## • You have obtained a master's degree in law with excellent results. • You possess a Swiss bar admission or a foreign bar admission recognized in Switzerland. • You have several years of professional experience in IT law as well as in data protection and technology law, and you know the processes in a law firm or a comparable environment perfectly. • You have an entrepreneurial sense and an interest in economic law issues and particularly in labor law. • You demonstrate great autonomy, personal initiative and team spirit. • You seek and appreciate collaboration with lawyers in a law firm. ##
