Team Leader IT Services

You lead a well-coordinated team of System Engineers, stay technically involved, and manage your own customers - at a Microsoft partner that gives you real room for maneuver. How you create added value: You lead 8 System Engineers (7 in St. Gallen, 1 in Lyss), develop them further, and support them - leadership accounts for around 30-40% of your time. You stay technically involved: active participation in projects, platform maintenance, customer presentations, and offers. You manage selected Key Accounts holistically and build long-term customer relationships. In doing so, you actively shape the service quality and the further development of the customer environment. You actively drive the areas of Azure Platform Services, Azure Virtual Desktop, and IT Security. What makes you the ideal candidate: Solid experience in Azure/Cloud, Azure Virtual Desktop, and/or IT Security. Initial leadership experience - you don't have to have led a team of 8 yet, but leading people (not just technically) appeals to you. You enjoy working closely with customers, think entrepreneurially, and are comfortable with revenue and time tracking logic (ideal: background at an IT service provider). HF/FH - or a strong professional path with methodological competence and a genuine willingness to learn. You are self-reflective, roll up your sleeves, and remain fair and solution-oriented even in hectic moments. Who needs your reinforcement?
