Social Worker with agogic activity, 70 %

Due to an internal change, we are looking for a specialist as a social worker starting March 01, 2027, or by arrangement.

The Joblade produces various firewood products and is active in electrical recycling. The offer is low-threshold: participants work day by day without a fixed assignment plan - up to 60 people per day in varying compositions.

For many, the Joblade is the first step back into a daily work routine and offers daily structure and social participation. The work is manageable, the result visible at the end of the day. Those who lead here work with a group that is composed differently every morning.

Tasks ##

• You advise people in challenging life situations, determine their individual support needs, and refer them specifically to internal or external offers.
• You coordinate your work with the responsible specialist offices and ensure effective cooperation of all parties involved.
• You document your work professionally and ensure a high quality of case management.
• You know the landscape of labor integration as well as the offers of external partners, actively maintain your network, and contribute your expertise to working groups and projects.
• You design and accompany an activating daily structure that creates stability, strengthens resources, and promotes social participation.
• You support participants in a situation-appropriate manner with acute issues and challenges in everyday life.
• As a practical instructor, you accompany students of Social Work and make a valuable contribution to the training of future specialists.

Profile ##

• You have a degree in Social Work (FH or HF) and bring sound specialist knowledge in social work practice
• Thanks to your broad understanding of the social sector and social insurance law, you also navigate confidently in complex case constellations
• You value cooperation in diverse teams and move confidently in intercultural as well as interdisciplinary fields of work
• You use digital working tools naturally and efficiently. You work routinely with Microsoft 365, and you encounter new technologies and AI-supported applications with curiosity and openness
• You convince through an independent, structured way of working and maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• With your empathetic and simultaneously solution-oriented attitude, you succeed in building sustainable relationships and effectively accompanying people

The labor integration business area of the Social Institutions and Businesses (SEB) department includes a range of labor integration offers for adults and youth. The goal of the programs is the professional and social integration of the participants. The Joblade is an employment offer for social integration, in which adults with social assistance or supplementary benefits are employed day by day. A meal is prepared daily for all clients, kindling, firewood, and K-Lumet are produced, electronic waste is recycled, and forest is managed.
