As a person with professional and life experience you will * ensure the monthly payroll run * be responsible for the social security administration (incl. wage declarations) * be the internal and external contact person for all personnel topics * further develop the HR processes and management instruments * manage the time tracking, the expenses and the absences * derive relevant HR key figures and concrete recommendations for action * maintain the intranet and other employee information tools * help with the planning and organization of the various employee events Your profile We are looking for a dynamic personality with several years of experience in a comparable position.
