Co-Lead: Tax with partner perspective

What awaits you in your role at SOLVER

Co-leadership of our tax division for further expansion and development. You complement the existing team as an equal co-lead, further shape our tax practice, and take responsibility for your own mandates. Together, you will build up further tax experts over the next 18 to 36 months, bring our tax practice to the next level, and develop it to be capable of operating across multiple locations.

Demanding mandates at the intersection of tax, transaction, and entrepreneurship. You accompany entrepreneurs and families with successions, corporate and real estate transactions, restructurings, employee participation, and complex structuring issues, from the initial analysis through to the ruling and implementation.

Own business case and partner perspective. Within 12 to 24 months, you will build your own business case, with a clear perspective on a participation in SOLVER. You will win new mandates, expand your network purposefully, and sharpen your consulting profile.

What you bring

• Completed tax expert training (dipl. Steuerexpert:in); alternatively lawyer with tax or tax.
• At least 5 years of consulting experience in the tax sector with a focus on Swiss SME and/or real estate transactions, corporate successions, as well as reorganizations and restructurings.
• Entrepreneurial build-up mentality and drive: You approach topics proactively, drive initiatives forward, create commitment, and ensure that ideas result in concrete outcomes.
• You are sociable and strong in communication: You find it easy to approach people and build relationships. Accordingly, you actively develop your network.
• You enjoy multidisciplinary collaboration: You like working hand in hand with experts from other disciplines.
• You are familiar with Swiss German and can communicate confidently in conversations with our clients.
• You are ambitious and interested in participating in SOLVER in the medium term.
