Construction Machine Operator Tasks Operating construction machines such as excavators, pneumatic loaders, dumpers or rollers in civil and structural engineering Precise execution of excavation, grading and demolition work according to construction plans Creating building pits, trenches and terrain adjustments Supporting road, civil engineering and pipeline construction work Responsible for the professional use and optimal utilization of the machines Carrying out daily maintenance and inspection work on the machines Compliance with safety regulations as well as careful handling of materials and the environment Collaboration with site managers, construction managers and the construction site team Requirements Several years of experience as a construction machine operator, ideally on construction sites Valid construction machine operator's license (recognized by SUVA, e.g. M1–M7 depending on the area of operation) Good knowledge of handling various construction machines and attachments Precise, independent and responsible work Technical understanding and careful handling of machines Physically resilient, reliable and team-oriented Good German language skills for communication on the construction site Driver's license category B is an advantage Are you ready for a task?
