Alternatively, the position is also aimed at trained painters or lacquers who are prepared to specialize long-term in professional surface treatment in the joinery sector. We are looking for a responsible person who is interested in a long-term cooperation and carries out their work independently, carefully, and with quality awareness. Your Tasks Professional, clean, and economical execution of all surface treatments Lacquer, stain, glaze, and coat workpieces made of wood Independent execution of assigned work according to the schedule and instructions of the project manager Control of the performed work regarding completeness, quality, and functionality Responsibility for one's own work quality Correct and complete storage of the finished workpieces Professional storage and careful handling of paints, lacquers, and other coating materials Cleaning, care, and maintenance of work equipment, for example spray guns, nozzles, and systems Reporting necessary replacements or new acquisitions to the workshop manager Assistance with general tasks in the joinery, during assembly, or during transports, provided that the workload in the surface department is lower Consistent compliance with occupational safety regulations Responsible handling of personal protective equipment and safety devices Your Profile Training as a Surface Specialist, Painter, Lacquerer, or in a comparable profession Experience in the surface treatment of wood is an advantage Willingness to specialize fully on surface work in the joinery sector Independent, careful, and reliable way of working High quality and responsibility awareness Teamwork skills and flexibility Careful handling of materials, machines, and tools Interest in long-term permanent employment We Offer A long-term and indefinite permanent employment A varied activity in a professional joinery Independent work with responsibility Versatile projects and high-quality joinery work A collegial and down-to-earth working environment Modern employment conditions Application Interested?
