Technical Employee 80% CDI

For a 21-bed psychiatric structure, located in Pully Nord, specializing in the field of stabilized geriatric psychiatry, we are looking for a technical employee at 80%.

Located in a magnificent green setting, with a breathtaking view of Lake Léman, our Foundation offers a warm and convivial living environment. Qualified and benevolent staff ensure respect for the dignity and the right to privacy of each resident.

Main missions:

• Ensure the maintenance of standard and safety equipment of our establishment, ensuring their proper functioning and compliance with current standards
• Maintain the building (interiors and exteriors), as well as the green spaces, in order to guarantee a clean and safe environment for all
• Ensure the order of the technical rooms and maintenance equipment, ensuring their organization and proper management
• Manage site waste, ensuring compliance with appropriate sorting and disposal procedures
• Collaborate in the planned maintenance of installations, ensuring that interventions respect deadlines and safety rules
• Process and follow up on repair vouchers, ensuring rigorous follow-up of necessary interventions and their completion
• Perform routine and specialized cleaning work on the site, in order to maintain a pleasant and secure work and living environment
• Ensure Fire training for site employees

Required skills:

• CFC as a facility manager or deemed equivalent by professional experience
• Driver's license mandatory
• Ease and fluency in French, both oral and written
• Ability to work in a psychiatric and elderly environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ease of adaptation, ability to manage stress and sense of responsibility
• Organized, rigorous, knows how to take appropriate initiatives and knows how to plan work in a logical and organized manner.
• Interest in working in an interdisciplinary team
