For our two locations in Uesslingen and Weinfelden, we are looking for a reliable, resilient and flexibly deployable pedagogical specialist as a care person in a relief function. You support our teams during personnel shortages, absences, holiday replacements as well as during additional care needs. Your assignments take place as needed and in consultation with your availability. In addition to assignments during the week, Saturday assignments are also possible. As a relief worker, you quickly familiarize yourself with different groups and daily routines and, together with the respective team, ensure loving, safe and high-quality care for the children. Your tasks: Care, accompaniment and promotion of children in daily Kita and after-school care Flexible support of the teams at our locations in Uesslingen and Weinfelden Taking over assignments in the event of sickness-related absences, holiday absences, personnel shortages or additional care needs Active participation in everyday pedagogical group life Shaping a loving, safe and development-promoting environment Accompanying children during free play, during meals, rest periods, activities and excursions Support in the implementation of the daily and weekly plan Consistent implementation of the pedagogical and operational concept of Kita Glitzerfisch Consideration of the individual needs and developmental stages of the children Professional and appreciative communication with children, parents and employees Collaboration with the group leaders and the pedagogical teams Compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards Support with the practical tasks arising in daily Kita life Assistance with order and cleanliness in the group rooms and shared areas Taking over driving or walking services if required Willingness to work on Saturdays Mandatory requirements: Applications can only be considered if the following requirements are met: Completed training as Fachfrau oder Fachmann Betreuung Kinder EFZ (Childcare Specialist EFZ) Experience in the care and accompaniment of children Joy in working with children of different age groups High temporal and local flexibility Willingness to be deployed at both locations in Uesslingen and Weinfelden Willingness to take on short-term assignments where possible and based on personal availability Willingness to work occasional Saturdays Responsible, reliable and independent way of working Ability to quickly integrate into existing teams, groups and daily routines Resilience and the ability to remain calm even in lively or demanding situations Teamwork skills and open, professional communication Identification with the pedagogical concept, the values and the quality standards of Kita Glitzerfisch Good German skills in speaking and writing Flawless criminal record and special private extract A driving license of category B is an advantage for cross-location assignments and possible driving services.
