Tasks

• Independent management of partial and total projects in new construction and renovation
• Planning and monitoring of execution dates, construction site logistics, and project costs
• Conducting and documenting construction meetings
• Creation of construction and performance descriptions as well as tender documents
• Coordination of specialist planners as well as internal and external craft partners
• Organization and monitoring of construction execution while ensuring quality standards
• Monitoring compliance with standards, safety regulations, deadlines, and budgets
• Handover of construction projects including defect rectification and warranty acceptance

Requirements

• Completed training in the construction sector
• Initial experience in construction management or a comparable function is an advantage
• Further training in construction management, construction planning, or construction management is desirable
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Strong awareness of costs and quality
• High teamwork and communication skills
• Leadership strength, social competence, and quick comprehension
• Practical personality with a focus on order and safety
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
• German language skills at least level C1 in speaking and writing, other languages are an advantage
