For our client, a renowned and internationally active company in the field of Facility Management, we are looking for an experienced person for technical maintenance at a demanding Pharma/Life Science site in the Basel region, immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Performance of maintenance, upkeep, and repair work on sanitary systems and installations
• Independent rectification of malfunctions and technical defects
• Control and inspection of existing sanitary installations
• Execution of minor conversions, adjustments, and expansions
• Replacement and repair of fittings, valves, pipes, and sanitary components
• Work on water, wastewater, and other building technology piping systems
• Performance of pressing work and pipe connections with various systems
• Support with planned maintenance and revision work
• Documentation of the work performed and feedback on identified defects
• Compliance with applicable safety, quality, and hygiene regulations in the pharma and industrial environment

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a sanitary installer or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in the sanitary sector
• Experience in maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting is an advantage
• Good knowledge of various installation and piping systems such as Geberit, Sanipex, Mepla, GIS, Instaflex as well as common pressing systems
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of troubleshooting and problem solving
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Sense of responsibility and high understanding of quality
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Experience in the industrial, chemical, or pharma environment is an advantage
