You are the central contact person for all IT topics at our locations in Hirschthal, Sissach and Grenchen as well as at our sister company HAVECO. You ensure a stable and secure IT infrastructure, competently support around 80 users in their daily work and actively drive the further development and harmonization of our IT landscape. In doing so, you work closely with the IT specialist of the Pfiffner Messwandler AG, utilize synergies within the group and you represent each other. The role combines broad technical responsibility from server and network to Microsoft 365 with direct contact with employees, cross-location cooperation and real creative freedom in a growing company. What you do * Responsibility for the entire IT infrastructure of the Pfiffner Schaltgeräte AG (locations Hirschthal, Sissach and Grenchen) as well as HAVECO AG * Ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance and documentation of the IT infrastructure, as well as its further development * Central point of contact for all IT matters of the managed companies and locations (1st and 2nd level support) * Ensuring mutual representation and load balancing with the system administrator of the Pfiffner Messwandler AG, Hirschthal What you bring * Completed IT training or equivalent professional experience, ideally with further training in the field of system or network technology * Several years of experience in 1st/2nd level support as well as in the administration of Windows server and client environments * Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID as well as in network topics (DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN, WLAN) and IT security * Experience with backup solutions, ticketing systems and the management of external service providers * Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working, clear communication and good priority management * Very good German skills, good English skills (at least B2) * Driver's license Cat.
