• Drafting positions within the framework of internal consultations within the department and consultations of offices
• Participating in the DDPS data protection conference, the DDPS corruption prevention meeting, and the transparency advisors conference, and drafting their minutes

What makes you unique

• University degree in law (master)
• Interest in administrative law and Confederation personnel law, as well as in issues relating to data protection law
• Team spirit, sense of initiative and autonomy
• Good writing skills and polished style
• Good active knowledge of a second official language

The DDPS General Secretariat is the department's staff body. It assists the head of the department as a member of the Federal Council and in the management of the department. The SG DDPS develops the political strategy and directives intended for the administrative units, supports and monitors their implementation. It also ensures planning, control and coordination at the departmental level in the cross-sectional areas of personnel, finance, law and IT, but also in the field of security policy or in the field of spatial planning and the environment.
