Psychiatric Nurse (60% to 80%) La Fondation Domus, a Valaisan psychosocial rehabilitation institution, supports adults facing significant mental health disorders. Nearly 150 female and male employees work there with conviction and professionalism. We are looking for our Ardon home for a: Psychiatric Nurse (60% to 80%) immediately or by arrangement We offer you to ensure daily nursing care of the supported persons in their totality, at the preventive, curative, medico-educational and palliative level, if applicable; manage all medical consultations and continuity of care; ensure the support of beneficiaries within the Foyer d'Ardon in their daily life activities in a perspective of psychosocial rehabilitation based on self-determination; accompany residents in their individual projects and objectives; develop a privileged relationship with the network of supported persons; collaborate interprofessionally with social workers, ASE, ASSC, day centers and workshops. Your profile you have a Bachelor in Nursing or a title deemed equivalent, CAS in psychiatry is an asset; you have at least 2 years of professional experience. Knowledge of the RAI (Resident Assessment Instrument) software is an asset; edowed with a sense of organization, priority management, you like working in a team but also autonomously, you appreciate versatility; you master the usual IT tools (MS Office); holder of a driver's license, you have a private vehicle.
