Formwork Specialist 100% (m/f)

For a renowned partner company in the Grenchen area, we are looking for an experienced formwork specialist for demanding formwork work in structural engineering and civil engineering. You will create formwork for walls, ceilings, pillars, stairs, and beams and work closely with the concrete and reinforcement team. Clean execution, understanding of construction processes, and safe working characterize your daily professional life. Tasks • Create and install formwork from wooden panels, system formwork, and element formwork according to plans • Produce recesses, special shapes, and complex formwork details • Support reinforcement work and correctly install reinforcement • Align, stabilize, and prepare formwork for the concreting process • Dismantling of formwork as well as maintenance and cleaning of the formwork elements Requirements • Experience as a formwork specialist, construction worker, or from formwork construction • Technical understanding and ability to read plans • Physical resilience and weather-resistant working • Careful and safe way of working • Manual dexterity and good spatial awareness • Good German skills We offer you • Application without a cover letter, we will create your profile • Varied construction sites with demanding projects • Good development opportunities in concrete and shell construction • Further development possible, e.g., to foreman or polier in formwork or shell construction Have we piqued your interest?
